Booking Policy:

Missed appointments with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. You can reschedule via the email/text confirmation at any time. Please email directly for changes with less than 12 hours notice. We remain open during snow/inclement weather. Thank you for your consideration!

About our policy:

If you find your schedule is a little too busy to predict, feel free to wait and book your sessions the day you would like to come in. We understand no one ever intends to miss a scheduled visit, and for this reason we will make every attempt to fit you in the same day at a different time slot if needed. Our patients look forward seeing us as much as we look forward to seeing them! We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
